Hi,
I'm new here. Lately I've been afraid that I sleepwalk. I have an irrational fear that I live my apartment go out and wake up in my bed. I have even placed obstacles in front of my door and in my hallway in an attempt to wake me up. What should I do any advice?! The obstacles r always there in the morning but I still am afraid. Thanks |

Do you want to move out? Afraid to move out?

Can you explain more about this fear - for example are you afraid you might get hurt or something else? Instead of obstacles, you can put a piece of paper in between the closed door and frame....if its gone then you may have walked in your sleep. Do you have any other irrational fears, because this can be sign of a disorder. I've been known to sleep walk and don't like the idea of doing it when I'm totally unaware.
