It has happened to me before, in my dream someone stabbed me, I could feel the knife going in, it didn't hurt as such, it was uncomfortable and a bit tingly.

I always feel in my dreams. Every night. Whether it's good or bad! I've felt myself be shot in the stomach, be stabbed, be hit, i've felt my fingers fall off, my fingernails rip off, falling/tripping and hitting the ground, being hugged by someone, etc, I always thought everybody feels in their dreams. I guess not!

Oh I certainly feel the pain in my dreams! It's weird. If the pain wakes me up it takes a while before it goes away and I'm usually laying there going "wtf??" and check my body to see if I did anything in my sleep - never annnny signs of hitting any part of me or even tossing or turning. Who knows!
