Recently I have been super obsessive with my dreams. To the point where I can't atop thinking about them all day. I've also been feeling the need to write them all down so I don't forget them. I have BPD and I was wondering if anyone is feeling the same??

Dreams can be a very powerful influence in the waking life, and I also have an obsession with dreams.

I also recommend a dream journal...very helpful on letting them go. I have not in a while, but may start again. My current RX brings crazy, intense and vivid dreams. Not nightmares, per se, but a little bit scary!
