I have this "re-accuring" dream that either someone or a spirit(s) is going to kill me. they are over me...it seems so real. I have to scream "get away from me!" or just scream for them to go away. then I either sit up or bolt to turn my light on to 1)ensure they, he, she or itis gone 2) figure out where exacly I am and that I am in my room. In the drama my room always looks alittle slightly different from real life.

Anyway, I have had nightmares since I was a kid. They are all extremely vivid and scary. Just curious what your thoughts are...I dont really remember "good dreams" only one or two here and there. and those are equally as vivid.

what do you think this may be?

thanks.

Feelings from your waking life are all over you, and they don't feel to good. Make a check list on what is happening in real life, that are like those chiidii in your dreams.
