Hi-
Last night I have a vivid dream. This one part is recurring--I am trying to speak but nothing comes out of my mouth.., Last night I started to talk out loud in my sleep after this part of the dream. I remember hearing it. Or am I really losing it???

Dear kirby777,

No, you are not alone or losing it.
I am a talkative sleeper.
In also read in my dreams, I can tell that I am reading because the rhythm of my voice.
It is very soothing.
Not every night, but if the emotions are strong enough my voice will wake me up.

My boyfriend talks to me all the time when he's asleep. It's one of the most normal things!
