I have been having troubled sleep for almost a year now with a few recurring dreams... one is where I keep getting lost in a place which feels familiar... other being me waking up to a bright light in my eyes and when I try to cover my eyes I see them covered in blood.. any interpretation for these dreams? also I keep waking up every 2 hours throughout the night... what seems to be the problem?

I have the dream about getting lost in a place that's familiar too. I feel confused and melancholy when that happens. My interpretation is that I haven't found what I needed. Just don't know what it is yet!
About waking up to a bright light and what comes next, maybe you're afraid of sleeping for some reason? The waking up every 2 hours could be a symptom. I'm just exploring what came to mind. Waking up so often, though, is something I would get medical attention for. The mind is stronger and emotions more stable with the right amount of sleep. |

You are feeling lost within yourself. Bright illumination keeps you from seeing beyound yourself.

If you are in therapy, the therapy process can do that.
