Sometimes or rarely after sleep, when i wake up....i can't able to wake up normally. It seems like something is pulling me and i can't able to get up. This is not in night time.It happened sometimes or rarely when i take a nap in afternoon.

I searched in the web and it seems like it is one of a kind of Sleep paralysis.

It's kind of weird when i t happens. It's like i am conscious but I can't move, or get up.
When it happens,i try hard to jerk myself awake and it works.

Is it natural for all the people to experience this rarely ?

I have sleep apnea, have a hard time waking up in the morning, but i do have phases in the middle of the night where i do feel paralized, but i force myself to keep on sleeping, but when i wake up in the morning it takes a good 2 hours before i feel like i can function, i feel weak and depressed when i wake up. I use a sleep apnea machine with steam, it helps alot. If i were you i'd get checked for sleep apnea, it is very common and what you described sounds like it could have something to do with sleep apnea. I hope you can afford to be seen, and i would do it as soon as possible as it could be dangerous.
