So, I've always had weird sleeping patterns, and I basically just wake up randomly and have weird sleeping habits/issues. Last night, during a really bad night of rolling around and trying to fall back to sleep, I thought that maybe I should try to tell someone about this, and start a sleeping journal. So, yeah. I'm probably going to be writing down how long i sleep, dreams i might have, etc.
sound good?
yes?
cool.

Yes, sounds good. Sometimes, analyzing dreams can help unlock why your sleep pattern is disputed.

Also, pay attention, to food intake or lack there of, at night or in evening.

Noting what's irl stressors. A sleep journal, is a good thing.

Does anyone have a template of a sleep journal. I think I'll benefit from doing it too.

Try this program it's free and you can write a journal and check off stuff which builds charts to graph moods, sleep and anxiety among other things.

The action plan for mental health program seems very comprehensive and useful. I will start using it for journal and charts etc. Appreciate it!
