I keep having dreams that are triggering and I don't know how to make sure they don't affect my real life. Tips anyone?
-Sam.

This happens to me all the time. Im afraid to sleep. Most afraid when everything is good. What if I wake up unhappy because of a triger. I just want to fall asleep and wake up happy
