With an alarm clock that you set everyday. You have to make a daily ritual out of it.

Also work on the other end and establish a regular go to bed routine. Then have a nice wake-up routine planned out - coffee and a shower, your clothes laid out, whatever. Flylady.com has some good suggestions for this.
