HI, I been having sleeping problems every night for several wks. Ihave no
problem actually falling asleep, but it's the staying asleep part . I am on Seroquil and Trazidone, u would think I would be sleeping thru, but unfortunately, I wake up like 3-4 x a nite. When it's time to start the day, I am physically exhausted. I just ended a really good relationship 3 mos ago. I am having nightmares of the same dream every single night w him and another girl?? idk why. Any suggestions?? could that be a reason???

So sorry to hear!! I take Trazodone as well, and wake up quite often too. One bad possible side effect I've experienced from Trazodone is reacurring dearms as well. Fortunately for me they're pleasant dreams. I also take Neurontin for sleep and Sonota and they seem to help me stay asleep a little better. I know when I was on Seroquel, I never woke up feeling refreshed! I'd ck with your doc about maybe switching meds. Hope that helps a little and you start sleeping better!
