It's weird, but I've been having all these dreams about zombies since I was a little kid. When I was younger I would hide from them in terror, but nowadays I have dreams about violently slaughtering hoards of them, and I get the feeling they're people I know. My dreams have been increasingly violently lately, zombies aside, like this one dream I had where I was shooting people and sending off missiles and watching them explode, and there would be tons of blood... I don't know, it doesn't scare me or anything, but I'm pretty freaked out when I wake up. And this was before I started watching violent television, so I'm not sure... Thoughts?

Yeah, tv and movies effect my dreams as well. If it becomes bothersome, I probably ck with a pdoc or a T and see what they suggest!! Best of luck!!

I've had those dreams. It's so aggravating, because in those dreams, every time I think it's safe and stop running, another zombie lunges at me and I have to keep running.

For me, it seems to be a metaphor of how I'm always trying to keep up, but failing. Whenever I try to relax, I can't, because I haven't succeeded in escaping the zombies. I have to keep running when all I want to do is relax and feel confident that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do.

It seems to be one of the metaphors for zombie movies, BTW, to keep running, keep up with changes. Every time people settle in one place, the zombies manage to get in. The metaphor seems to mean you have to keep up with changes in life, and if you can't keep up, the zombies will get you.

That's very true. Maybe the dreams are just my brain putting my problems in a way I can understand.
