I have been having panic attacks a lot lately which is terrifying. I had one 30 hrs ago. During the panic attack I couldn't lay down to sleep because I would get nauseous as I laid down and I had to get up. Also my breathing became quite intense and I thought I would die.. my lungs would fill and empty and this would continue on and on. Then I got up and surfed the net and went about doing other things and the panic attack went away. But then haven't been able to sleep for more than 30 hrs. What is happening here and is there anything that can be done?
