I keep having these super realistic dreams of people I love telling me they don't care about me and want me to leave them alone. I know it isn't true but it hurts.

Dreams are all about feelings. This means on some level, you feel this way in real life.

Mentally I know that the people in question love me based on their actions. Sometimes it is hard to believe it.
