Does anyone else have very weird and vague dreams while sick? Sometimes they can even be confusing, like there is a goal we have to accomplish but it is very hard to do so and can be very confusing. Like, once I had a dream that me and other people had to rebuild the chapel ar my school after it suffered fire damage in my dream. Another time I had a dream that I had to help rebuild a 747 jumbo jet from scratch after it crashed onto the runway, only for it to crash again after taking off once it was rebuilt. And these kinds of dreams involve lots of dialogue but is hard to understand.

did u have a fever when u dreamed this stuff? if so the fever could be responsible. fevers when in excess and for more than a few hours can cause hallucinations and when sleeping in theory they can cause outrageous dreams. some can be frightening while others can be so outrageously awesome. depends on what ur mind has kept unresolved through the day. but then againno one can really say y we dream what we dream

Exactly, and I'm not sure, maybe I did with one of them but I know both times they were really bad colds.

I have issues with this...having nightmares or freaky dreams if I'm getting sick.
Last week, I already knew I was I'll, and had nightmares all night.

Best thing to do ice pack on ur brain stem( base of neck) this usually helps in lowering the temperature in ur head and could prevent these. Do not leave the ice pack there for more than 15-20 min in a 2hr period without supervision. If placed too long u could become hypothermic

Fair warning. I had a procedure done Thursday that required MAC anesthesia. Didn't seem to have a problem with it at all until bedtime. Spent about 3 hours, nightmare after nightmare. Finally woke up and was very anxious. My head seemed to be on a hundred different stations at once. I thought I truly was going crazy. Even though I wasn't supposed to, I took 2 Xanax and was able to get about 4 hours sleep. For the next three days, including today. I was able to sleep okay, but am waking up with a lot of anxiety. Don't know if it all has something to do with the anesthesia, but thought I might want to give fair warning.

Your dreams are about healing and getting sick again.
