So, I recently started having nightmares again. It makes me worried because that is usually the first sign that the stress is getting out of hand. One nightmare doesn't usually mean much, but it's getting to be every night. The nightmares have recently included my hair or teeth falling out (one of my biggest fears.) I'm down to 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Considering that sleep is one of the biggest factors in my anxiety levels in a given day, this is not good. Now I'm stuck in an ugly, but familiar cycle: Stress->nightmares->less sleep->anxiety-> more stress-> repeat. Uuuuuugh
