I've been having a terrible time sleeping since weaning off geodon. Up every hour all night long. Well, last night, I got a sweet seven hours of uninterrupted sleep! Yay!

Isn't a good night's sleep wonderful?! Last night was horrible for me. You don't realize what you have until it's gone (or at least I was taking my good nights' sleeping for granted)
Thanks for this!

Good I am hoping that I can do the same tonight, I can't ever remember when I went 3 nights in a row without much sleep (the only exception being when I had to sleep several nights in a tent in the summer and had many other external factors affecting my sleep), in fact I think that the last 2 nights were one of the only instances that I went 2 nights in a row without a significant amount of sleep.

I was able to get 10 Hours of sleep last night almost uninterpreted, a total of 12 Hours if you include the 2 Hours of sleep that I got before staying up for about 2 Hours to try to get me back on my regular sleep schedule (i.e. not getting up several hours earlier with already more than enough sleep) but after getting 10 additional hours I ended up getting up about the same time that I normally would (just an hour or so earlier). I still have somewhat of a headache and I know that when I go a few nights in a row with minimal sleep than it does takes some time for me to go back to normal but I am hoping that I will.

I am glad that you got some good sleep=) I think camomile tea is supposed to be good for sleep (just a future suggestion)

They recently changed my meds and in a 60 hr period (from 9pm sat) I slept for about 54 hrs !!!
I would call myself sleeping beauty, but after no bath or blood circulation for that time, I had more the rotting corpse look tbh!! lol

Good luck with sleep tonight xxx

Woke up every two hours last night. :-( I've noticed I sleep better if I do things during the day, so I'm trying to keep busy.

Happy to report that I got another good night of sleep last night (about 8 hours), hopefully I am now back on a normal sleep cycle (although it is probably too early to know for sure).

BTW gloamingone- I've realized the same thing
