Remeron has helped me hugely. I also take 1mg klonopin but I don't know if they will keep giving me that. Problem is it only works for three or four hours then I wake up every hour.

I also take remeron at bedtime 15-30 mg depending on how long I have to sleep. I have klonopin as well for anxiety but it rarely helps me sleep. I have what is called Circadian Rhythm Disorder delayed sleep phase type so I go to sleep around 3 or 4 am and wake when I wake up which is usually 10 or 11 am. Remeron is a mood stablizer and I take it for depression and to help symptoms of other issues that I have but it does help me sleep better.
