Dream: My Ex who I haven't met for nearly ten years, publishes a romantic article in a language he doesn't know in a magazine

Am flipping through a magazine, and the second article in the magazine is a romantic article and its written by my Ex and my first bf wo I havent met for the past ten years. The article clearly has his name and picture on it. It's an article about Love and he is completely talking about me, and how he loved me in it. I call my sister and ask her to read the article she reads it and says, its very romantic, and I tell he to see who wrote it and she is like "not possible". And I see a video of him somewhere(TV or youtube, can't gather) and keep thinking, I never noticed his nose being so defined and beautiful. The funny thing was , the article was in a language, my EX could understand but doesnt know how to write in. This dream was so vivid. Could you help interpreting it?
