Just before bed is always the main time for me to see and hear things. Almost every night I think that nothing will happen but just before I fall sleep I get horrible images and thoughts. Sleeping is getting harder and lately I have been waking up in the middle of the night and struggle to get back to sleep. What can I do to stop this?

I don't know of a solution but I hope you find one soon. Best of luck.

Can you listen to music, that you can focus on instead as you drift off?
Maybe a nightlight would help. Hey, no judgement- we are never too old
Thanks for this!

There are videos on YouTube that contain 8 Hours (or longer) of continuous sound designed to make you fall asleep, I have found them helpful sometimes.
