Lately I've been going to bed between 7-8:30 and waking up at 8-9am. I normally sleep from 10-11 and wake up at about 9.

Does this have anything to do with me drinking alochol and getting drowsy?

Hard to say after I went a few nights without sleeping recently, I slept for about 10 Hours a night for a few nights before getting back on an 8 Hour a night sleep for me (sometimes I sleep closer to 9 Hours though).

This has really been me the last several nights, as much as I tried to get up earlier, I couldn't get up before noon today.
