Please look up ASMR or go to u tube and look up jody whitley.This is a new thing and you play chosen video as you go to sleep....its hypnotic and there are plenty of different ones to suit anyones needs....and best of all,IT REALLY WORKS..........well for me it does,have never slep better in my life.
