hello. I have sleeping problems since I was small. as I got older I was tested a few times and was labeled with insomnia. my brain simply sleeps for only 45min before it wakes up for another two or three day waking period, or I pass out. then I sleep. I've tried medications, and non medication methods but nothing seems to help. they only thing that seems to remotely help is when someone I find comforting sleeps with me or sleeps with me over the phone (^^' weird sounding yes but anyhow) Through out the days I have no energy for anything, and I'm easily angered when I can't sleep and just want to pass out. How do you guys deal with this problem?, im tired of always being tired.

Sounds medical to me. Depression might be a factor here. See a Doctor.
