I sometimes have creepy horror story like distorted dreams
like a frog/spider in this yellow web spitting acid
and this wasp/scorpion creature in my window,
Or this wolf creature that can stand up on 2 feet
and was trying to break my window to get to me...
they are always really upsetting what should I do?
I have them frequently and I don't know what their purpose is
or what they even mean...

You and the Wolf are one and the same. It is a part of yourself trying to reach you through the window. The spider/frog is in a web you feel caught in, and you are spitting acid (acid filled words).

Interesting theory thanks. It's hard for me to figure out my dreams
most of the time because they are so weird and off the wall.

Dreams are all about feelings that is why they are so weird and off the wall.
