When I get less than 9 hours sleep I can't function. I get angry and can't do anything. This happens alot. Anyone else?

Yes, I typically need 8-9 hours of sleep or else I can't function well.

Yes same for me. I get really fatigued, irritable, lack patience for others. I can usually get by with at least 6 hrs, however 7-8 is better for me.

I'm like that too, I'm really quite grumpy in the mornings anyway and then if I get even less sleep than I imagined I'm a total nightmare for the longest time xD

I need about 7 hours sleep and been having problems sleeping lately. Being tired makes my depression/anxiety worse.

Yes. I feel best when I get nine hours sleep per night. However, i have chronic insomnia.
