I had an interesting sleeping cycle last night, at first I couldn't get to sleep I was awake for over an hour trying to get to sleep and I was worried that I might have another sleepless night (like I had 2 weeks ago) I finally fell asleep around 3:30 sleeping until about 5 then I fell asleep again about 30 minutes later sleeping than for about 6 hours waking up for good around 11:30, so I did end up getting a fairly full night of sleep, I just though that it was interesting how I got it (along with the fear that I might not get any sleep at all).

Sound Normal to me. You will do well.

Last Night I slept out on Spirit Mountain. Fell asleep after sunset with the Seven Brothers (Big Dipper) in the East. Then woke up and saw them over head, and heard owls near. Then, fell asleep and the Seven Brothers were in the West and dawn was just showing in the East, behind Spirit Mountain. More owls and a light breeze on my face. Had some dreams, but I slept through them.

I'm not sure about 2 weeks ago I felt similar to how I felt last night one night about 2 weeks ago and I didn't sleep a single second that night, fortunately last night I was eventually able to make it to sleep.

Last night was somewhat interesting for me as well, the only difference was that I kept waking up for a few times in the first few hours of sleep, usually when I fall asleep I sleep non-stop for at least 4 hours before usually waking up and going back to sleep again.

Very bad sleeping pattern last night, I ended up being awake until at least 6:30 AM, took a second Melatonin and ended up sleeping until (or was rather woken up at) around Noon but I can tell that I didn't get a full 8 hours of sleep like I usually need, hopefully I will be able to make up some of that tonight.
