To anyone taking Seroquel/Quetipine...

I have been having very colorful vivid dreams... some nightmares, some sexual to the point of waking up mid-orgasm... anybody else on this medication (for sleep or for your disorder) notice that this seems to be a common side-effect among patients like me that take it for insomnia. It does give me a good eight hours of sleep which I need to be able to function the next day.

I take Zyprexa/Olanzapine 20mg for my schizoaffective disorder and have been on it successfully since July of 2001. The Seroquel 100mg at bedtime is just to help me fall asleep and stay asleep.

Comments and conversations welcome.

Much Peace
Hugs from:

I have been taking Melatonin for about 2 months and I also have been having very vivid dreams and nightmares myself.
