first off i am always prone to very strange and random dreams but every now and then i'll have one that feels completely real and i can't stop thinking about it and what it could mean. i will now descirbe on such dream if anyone has any insight please let me know.

it was a couple of weeks ago when i had this dream nothing really stressful was happening in my life. the dream begins that i am in a cave/ruined building and there are old school desk everywhere. a few random bodies of people are around i have never seen before and they are gathered around someone else basically making fun of and bullying someone til that person dies, and they come back to life it it stars over again. then im in another passage of the cave and a girl is running from zombies only to trip and be eaten alive again to come back and have it happen again. then im outside standing in snow on the edge of a frozen lake and a girl watches as i assume her guy is taken away by demons, and shes so sad she decides to kill herself by drowning herself in the frozen lake right in front of me and then im left alone in almost complete whiteness and then i begin to get scared as if im next to die/ or be taken away. it is as if these people and i were stuck in their own personal hells and i am just watching everything happen.

but then i am aware there is a presence behind me so i turn around and its an ederly shamen man. he smiles at me and walks up to me, placing his hands in a bag he has and the pulling out a mixture of what i assume was blood and black feathers and takes my arms one at a time and rubs this mixture up from my hands to my elbows. still smiling as he does this he says to me " don't worry, you will be protected"....and then my alarm went off and i woke up. it really kinda scared me becasue this dream felt so real and i question what it could me

Other than the zombies :-) it does not sound like it was about your actual life now but thoughts and worries you may have had. The ruined building and old school desk, etc. could mean the thoughts and worries have been with you a long time. I usually find a dream dictionary and do some free associating on some of the more discrete symbols like "cave", snow/frozen/whiteness, etc.

If it were my dream I would take comfort from the shaman telling me I would be protected; I would take that to mean I could think about and work on my fears and it would be helpful/all right, that my mind is able to take care of me in that. I think "cave" is about refuge too so that would make me feel my mind/dreaming self/unconscious is trying to help me in my real life: Dream Moods: Your Dream Symbol Interpretation

I believe we are all the people in our dreams and I would look at the "progression" of people in yours, from bullying crowds of unknown people to zombies, to the girl and then her guy, her being alone and then you being alone.
