I had a recent dream that I was at a college graduation dinner. While I was there, I felt like no one wanted to talk to me or tried to make conversation. Then I realized that somehow the tickets I had bought for graduation were missing and the ones I was holding were someone else's and belonged to a different college so there was a mix up. I went to talk to someone about it and in mid conversation, a very loud alarm sounded, it was a continuous low pitched loud sound similar to a fire or tornado siren followed by a shrill beeping sound, similar to a fire alarm. The person I was talking to noticed a funnel cloud forming, and he even stated that could turn into a tornado. And it did and started coming right for us. I started running as fast as possible. I noticed that the everyone else at the dinner were not moving or didn't even noticed the danger approaching. I was running to a nearby building and when I got closer, I noticed the people there were making a run for their lives. I looked a few times to see that the tornado was coming closer and quickly approaching and the alarms continued to sound. The size of the tornado was about an F1 tornado, very thin base and funnel. I knew that I was not going to make it since it kept coming faster and faster and the closer it got, the harder it was to run due to the high wind speeds. The dream ended before the tornado reached me or the building I was running towards. I think tornado dreams represent negative emotions but not sure. Don't know what the alarms meant though.

From what I know tornadoes represent chaos in your life, I've had tons of dreams about them.

Sorry you had a bad dream. Tornados are scary ! It felt like the dream was building up into maybe your inner feelings about graduating from college or something related? Depending on whether you've been to college already, are going to attend, or are attending now. It seemed like over the course of the dream, it played out more and more like you didn't belong, ending in this tornado probably reflecting a chaotic, powerful force in your life?

Very true. Yes I am in college and will be graduating in May of 2015. I am dreading it. Also I do have feelings of not belonging, always have felt like people secretly don't want me around so that could be the cause of it.

The tornado is how the storm touches ground. You feel no one listens to your feelings, even with the alarm going off. This your way of reaching out to those you feel do not listen. This is a dream about a real life situation you are in. The tornado is asking for change.

That makes a lot of sense.
