Well I couldn't really sleep at all last night, I think a lot had to do with the fact that I had to go to the dentist to get a few fillings done (2 of the last 3 times I had a dentist appointment the next day I really didn't sleep at all) I felt very hot and sweaty most of the night. I did manage to get a 2 hour nap in when I got home and I am optimistic that I will get a good amount of sleep tonight.

I have been having a lot of problems sleeping too and sleep aids don't help. mine is mental health/trauma issues keeping me up. but I can certainly understand the dentist. I have massive dental phobia. I have an appt coming up on the 18th. im not looking forward to it. I hope you do get a good night sleep tonight.

I'm not sure if it is dental phobia or what, usually sleep aids work for me but not last night, I can sleep as late as I need to tomorrow so hopefully I will be able to get a good amount of sleep tonight.

I did get a good amount of sleep last night, it probably took close to 2 hours for me to finally fall asleep but once I did I slept for most of the next 9-10 hours.

Last night was pretty rough as well, I probably took me at least 4 hours to finally fall asleep although once I did I was able to sleep for a few hours.
