The girl then jumps out of the bathtub and screams for her dad then out of no where she bumps into her dad he ask her what's the matter? she said daddy daddy the rubber ducky it's growing, the dad then some what laugh the girl then starts pulling on her dad's arm he then starts to follow when they both got into the bathroom the rubber ducky was back to normal. The dad just patted her on the head and then grabs a towel and drys her up got her pj's on then puts her into bed he sits next to her, grabs the rubber ducky book then he finish reading the book the dad said "good night sweet heart" she said "good night daddy I love you" he kisses her forehead then walks out did not close the door all the way just crack it where a little bit of light showed then heard the quacking noise again the girls eyes open and then there was the rubber ducky with the needle teeth. Hmm. That dream is on the weird side. Were you ever able to make any sense out of it?

Well, I guess I can throw out my ideas.
![]() ![]() Little girls are like the pinnacle of innocence to a lot of people. If you were seeing the story revolve around her, she could be representing your own innocence. Such as, your wish to be protected by something like a father protects a little girl. Also, bathtubs are not only related to little kids taking baths, but a very "vulnerable" spot to be in, emphasizing a hidden fear. I think the fact that the father read a story about the rubber ducky was emphasizing how it was evil. Such as, it was something that seemed innocent and was even written to be innocent, but in truth it was something that was far from it. The father supposedly knew about rubber duckys and would laugh at the idea that they would be evil. Could the ducky have been representing something that was "cute and innocent" but in reality would take advantage of this disguise to get close to and hurt people or yourself? Or even your feelings of innocence? Since this was at the end of high school, could it represent fears of the future on your own? |

Considering your avatar I think you're predisposed to dreams like this.
