Trigger warning
So my meds got changed a bit on Monday. Stepping down on buspar from 30 a day to 20 for 3 days to 10 for 3 days then off. Lamictal got increased by 50mg to 150 for 4-5 days then to 200mg. Seroquel to 50mg 2x's a day and seroquel xr 200mg at night (haven't started the xr yet). But anyway to the dreams.
I noticed them Mon night first. They are really vivid and crazy like last nights...
Family get together out in a housing addition near the woods and stuff. It was beautiful. Then you hear what sound like giant foot steps. And everyone is looking around like what is that? It stops we go back to what we were doing. It happens again. Then at the edge of the housing addition we start to see hot air balloons that are on fire but they kept rising and people screaming. Then I wake up wrapped up in the comforter (not normal for me) and so overheated. It was crazy. I think it's probably just the meds, but maybe it's not all the meds.

Not the meds here. This a dream created by your mind. Beautiful setting, and change going on around you. This reflects how you are now feeling in your life at this time.
Thanks for this!
