I've been having a lot of dreams lately and everyone of them are different.Nothing special really :/,nothing bad happens in them.
But for some reason they always feel like nightmares,I feel the urge to wake up as if thy're scary. And NOTHING SCARY is happening. It's starting to irritate me to the point where I just don't even feel like going to sleep

Hmm. I'm not sure what to make of that. Maybe someone will come along who has some ideas.

If you want to stop having dreams like that, maybe you could try lucid dreaming. I'd post a link to wikihow but my account is too new. Either way lucid dreaming is really fun anyway so it's worth a shot. Best of luck, sweet dreams.

Hi, I just responded to another post about lucid dreaming. If it helps here's the link to an article about it: How Can You Control Your Dreams? - Scientific American

You may be able to shift the mood or even the subject of your dreams...good luck

Many of us have dreams we don't remember. You could be having a bad dream but then, just prior to waking the dream is replaced by something else. You wake up startled because you really did have a nightmare. You just don't remember it. I don't know of course just putting the idea out there. Hope you get some rest soon. I've had my share of nightmares and it is scary to wake up with a start or wake up crying.
