I was not sure where else to put this topic.

Is there such a thing as a fog horn around an apartment complex?

This morning starting at 6:30am when me and others in our apartment complex are trying to sleep or do whatever a horn goes off. I was about to call the cops but I am think there may be a fog horn around here, because who would keep honking their horn every 10-30 minutes. It's almost 9am and the horn is still going. I am getting a headache for the loud noise and it is very irritating.

I'm not sure what to do.

Do you live near the water? Was it foggy?

I've heard fog horns. The sound can travel very far. A fog horn that is 30 minutes away driving may only be a few miles on the water.

I was camping once about a half mile from a fog horn that went off all night for both nights I was there. It was brutal.
