I was on doxepin for sleep but they changed me to amitriptyline, it's not working. They are taking doxepin off the market I guess. I've tried ambien and the like and they don't work just make me feel drunk and my insurance won't pay for it anyway. Look at my signature u can see what I'm on. Any insight would be appreciated. Thx

this sounds crazy... but breathing 'exercises' actually work, but staying asleep is the problem

what are your troubles for not sleeping?

Are you sure about it going off the market? A quick Google search revealed a number of places still selling it.
