I've had this problem all my life: whenever I get a rather severe fever and try to sleep, I experience nightmares that continue when I wake up. Along with this, I have tactile, auditory, and visual hallucinations that scare the absolute ^&*$ out of me. Probably the most terrifying thing I've experienced in my life.

Fevers do funky things to the brain. How's your health, otherwise? Neurologically speaking.

Depends. Relatively speaking, I'm OK, although I have my days when I feel seriously ill. I've yet to begin medication, but that will change very soon.
