I just got the results back from my sleep study. Severe instructive sleep apnea. Next study (with a CPAP device) is the night before Thanksgiving. I can't wait to be able to sleep through the night again!

Sounds like it was well worth that study. So now you know that you do have sleep apnea and that it is disturbing your sleep. That's a big thing to have nailed down. If you need to sleep with a CPAP device, you'll be more motivated to put up with the inconvenience. And there may be other interventions that may help. Let us know how the next study goes.
Thanks for this!
