I don't know if I have told you that I am physically disabled. Well, the night before last I had a dream about a friend of mine who lost her dad recently. She had asked me to carry an unborn baby for her because she was really sick and couldn't do it herself at this time. Well, I don't even know if I can have kids myself, yet I had this dream. Also in the dream, the baby wasn't expected to live long after it was born. The really odd thing is that after I gave birth to this baby the doctor who delivered it said that the baby would be fine because I made the sacrifice for my friend and carried the baby for her.

What the heck?

Sounds like youre a really good friend. you would do something for her, even if you couldnt do it for yourself. sounds like you value the friendship between eachother.
it could also symbolize that while the intentions are good, there is a little doubt belief in if things will last. the baby could symbolize your close friendship with eachother and that all the doubts and worries of it not being okay, turn out to be fine/great

You made a sacrifice for your self, and carried the baby to begin a new life for yourself. You have healed through much sacrifice.
