Hi

The last two nights I have experienced the most unpleasant dreams of my adult life. Last night I dreamt I was searching for the remains of my brother after a fire (my brother is alive and well). The previous night I was on a local bus route, when some racial hate acts broke out on the bus. By this I mean extremely violent acts like beheadings, scalpings, genital stabbings and general slashings. During this time the most awful, repetitive music was playing in a loop and I was just waiting to be next. The faces of the people were frighteningly demonic: they lacked any soul or humanity and were just so vacant and two-dimensional in expression. Does that make sense?

Although I have lots of strange and disturbing dreams these stand out because they were not at all surreal, but horribly mundane and inescapable.
What the hell is wrong with my mind?

I hear you say..... "horribly mundane and inescapable" This might be of significance. What in your life may be this?

Maybe you are in a real life situation where you are feeling this way in. Such as at work or family trouble. Such feelings can turn one into a Zombie. You may feel trapped in this situation.
