Hi, I have non24 and am sighted. my family and i have been looking for a way to correct my sleeping pattern since it was noticed that I had a "weird" one.
we've tried melatonin in several different doses, a light lamp ( not sure what the proper name is sorry ), over the counter sleeping pills, no blue light/ only seeing red light and all the sleep hygiene things but all to no avail. I live in scotland where theres... to be honest not much support for these kinda things but in february I'll be going to stay in glasgow for 2 weeks or so where the doctors will try and see if they can reset my sleep pattern by basically forcing me to stay up and go to sleep at the right times... I'm pretty terrified and want to know if anyone with non24 can talk to me or has any advice in general or anything...
It would just be nice to talk to someone with the same condition as me for a while at the very least. Thank you for reading and sorry if this is in the wrong thread

Welcome to Psych Central Myosotis. Sorry you to hear your anxiety about your situation. You are in the right thread.

Not familiar with non24 with experience, but here are articles that could be helpful
Psych Central - Search results for Non24

Breathing exercises help me to get relaxed enough to go to sleep. Maybe going to sleep is not the problem.
