It keeps happening, the same dream over and over like its on film its the only dream I have when I do sleep. Its the 40s in Italy I look different and soldiers(?) had come home off ships. I keep looking for someone (a man) In the the middle of town. When we make eye contact I smile and run and look over my shoulder to see him giving chase. I run towards the beach from town maybe 2 mins tops running and I start stripping as i run until I'm in my bra and underwear. I turn and kiss the man that was running after me. I look away to see the water receding and eventual tsunami. Past life or dream? If its a dream possible meanings?

i have reoccuring dreams of tsunamis and it is usually when i am feeling unsafe and overwhelmed in life. the water represents the overwhelmed feeling coming in and taking over and drowning me. the dream finally stopped when i took measures in the dream to run to higher ground and find shelter and bar the windows so that the tsunami could not get to me and take me out. could it be that you are feeling overwhelmed in your relationships or ideas of relationships.

I have lots of recurring dreams in which the sea (though I love swimming) is this insurmountable destructive force that cannot be overcome and just engulfs everything.

Do you feel afraid when the tsunami comes? Maybe you feel that perfect situations will always be spoiled by things beyond your power in real life.

Barefoot, I enjoy your interpretation very much. Sounds accurate (: I'm beyond terrified and motivated when the tsunami comes. I feel like I'm dead as soon as it raises itself high
