Mock week was last week. I had 3 mock exams. I didn't sleep at all (not even laid down) the nights before them and it ruined my chance of getting good grades. I wasn't sleeping very well before last week but now it's gotten to the point where I am literally not sleeping at all. It's 5:57am where I live and I'd usually be waking up for college in about an hour and a half... so going and getting a 30min nap isn't an option since I'd sleep right through the day.
I'm not tired either. I don't feel very tired. I mean, my body feels tired physically and I know for a fact I'm going to be half falling asleep tomorrow in college, but my mind doesn't seem to ever want me to sleep lately.
I don't know what to do. I'm seeing this therapist lady on Thursday so is it worth asking for medication to help me sleep? Is that a thing? Would it help in this situation (where I don't feel tired enough to sleep)?
