Hello everyone I had a dream in November that my mind is continually wandering to despite my attempts to distract myself but maybe understanding the dream would put me at ease. Sorry about the rough subject of the dream.

**Trigger** In my nightmare I committed suicide by hanging. In this dream I was in a dark room at night. In the middle of the room there was a chair and a noose hanging from the ceiling. Mid way through the dream I walked up to the chair got up put the noose on my neck and just stood looking at the bareness of the room I was in. There were no windows, just a door that I never tried to open. Just before waking up I stepped off the chair felt the noose tighten and I awoke from my dream with a yelp.**Trigger**

So that is my dream when I had this I was actually on a trip with my friends sleeping in a hotel Thankfully I didn't wake everyone up with my yelp as I cut it off immediately and just laid in bed till mourning came re-running the dream in my head all while feeling a tightness in my throat. During this time I wasn't in any new stress besides a new environment which has never bothered me before and I wonder why this dream was so close to real life. I've only had this dream once but it certainly left its mark.

A real suicide may have happened in that room you were staying in. Thus you had a real Paranormal experience. It is rare, but it does happen when one can experience the Paranormal through a dream.

Interesting, wish I remembered the hotel. I could do some investigating in that theory.
