I don't remember my dreams very often but this weekend I dreamt about my mother who passed away last year. I can't remember what it was about now, because I didn't think to write it down.

I *think* it was a good dream and not a nightmare but all of the details I did remember have slipped away.

I wish and I thought that for a second or at least that I moved on to another place in my grief but in reality I'm suffocating in grief still or at least it feels like that.

My father passed away over twenty years ago and i still dream about him, once a month, sometimes more. I think they will always be with us.
Thanks for this!

You may be feeling depressed for other reasons, thus giving you a feeling of continuing grief.
