Hey so I usually have a few dreams a night. But they always feel so real. They are bad dreams. One dream I had was I was on a couch with stuff over my face where I could not breath. So, I tried getting up. I was way too weak to get up. The things on my face weren't even heavy, at all. So I was there and couldn't breath. Of course you know the not breathing panic. That was my dream. Now when I woke up, I felt like I had been suffocated and I woke up panicking. It usually takes me 2-3 hours to go to sleep and I end up with 10 hours of sleep and still feel tired. my dad says that sometimes he hears me talking while I sleep, but he cant understand.

You might feel you are in a suffocating situation in real life where you can't breath. Where you can't get things off your chest.
