Hey, a while ago I had a kinda odd dream, and I was just wondering if anyone could suggest what it might mean?
I was in a strange room with writing up the walls, and running in a circle just on the inside of this white circle that is drawn on the ground in chalk. I kept running and running, and then the circle began to get smaller and smaller, and as it did I began to run in smaller and smaller circles (so that I can stay inside it). The circle then shrinks into nothing, and I feel myself suffocating, then I jolted awake. Thanks, Meg. |

This could be about your feelings about a real life situation you are in. The writing is on the wall. You feel like you are running in ever smaller circles. Thus you feel suffocated by the situation.

I like Thunder Bow's interpretation. It's a good analogy to the expression "The writing is on the wall." But I wanted to ask a couple questions. Do you remember the primary feeling of the dream while you were running in circles? Do you remember why you needed to stay inside the circle?

If you dreamed this *after* coming out of the relationship, it would seem unlikely to dream you were still suffocating from the relationship. Are you aware of what feelings you were having after coming out of the relationship? Positive and negative? |
