Hello , I seemed to have stopped having dreams altogether , I've had this before , anyone else had this ? I have had periods of vivid dreams / nightmares , and now this ?

i have gone long periods of time without dreaming as well.

Have you recently started/changed medications? This can cause major changes in sleep and dreams.

In the last two years say , on pregabalin for two months then off , same with gabbapentin , short time on reboxetine , in think they messed my brain up , don't think I've had a dream for one year

No I don't use cannabis, alcohol ,
I think I came off gabbapentin instantly, before crimbo, and got massively stressed ,
But the last few days , I seem to be having little short vivid dreams that waken me (they only seem to last about half a minute) ,
