I have a recurring thing happen at night. I'll be asleep, and all of a sudden I'm awake, and it's like my nightmares are alive, but there is always this woman (the hag as someone I know that experiences similar things calls her). For example I'll wake up and I can't move or speak. I just lay in my bed and my focus will turn to a closet where I see myself on fire with skeletons in the closet, and the old hag laughing. My roommate often checks up on me, but then I'm too scared to go back to sleep. Can someone please try to explain and help me?

You fear you got "Skeletons in the closet". Things you want to keep others from seeing. Your on fire and the old hag is laughing. Time to not fear the skeletons and let yourself be more open.

Sound like what I have. Try and research "sleep paralysis". When I read accounts of what other people have experienced the similarities were uncanny.
