I've had this same concept in dreams before,but i had a dream where like,behind drawers and the small space above closet shelves were portals to like alternate versions of your house. Anyway,tonight's dream i was going thriugh them,but leaving numbers in places so i coul return to my original family. When i get back to my place,i greet my brother,and now there is smoke from the top shelf thing of closet,and my little brother comes in, eyes red and glossy and he's crying(?) and he's babbling about something and i vaguely remember him saying "they're coming"as he clings to me and i try to protect him,both of him. We go back(?) to help him, and it's a trap? I don't really remember :/

A journey into the unconscious can be scary and carries with it the threat of getting "lost" in fantasies, projections and fears, so you wisely take measures to get back.
