Sleep Paralysis is when you wake up in your bed, and you feel the presence of something evil attacking you, you can't scream or move, then you wake up again in the same bed, terrified.

This happens to me like 5 times a year, or more. Some nights I'm scared to go to sleep.

Here's a kinda funny one I had: I woke up in my bed, in my room, and I was getting spanked really hard by something evil, I couldn't scream for my dad or move.
It lasted for like 20 seconds, then I woke up in the same bed, in my room and was like, "did i just get spanked by a demon?". I remember telling my mom about that one durring breakfast.

But most of these Sleep Paralysis I get are just plain terror. It's me trying to run away and scream for help, but I can't move or scream. It's not funny stuff.

You can read more about it here: What Makes Sleep Paralysis Scary | Sleep Disorders

I have had nightmares and they do seem real so when I wake up they seem like they really happened. Here is a blog on the meaning of nightmares.

I have experienced sleep paralyses too. Many years ago I thought I had seen 3 ghosts in my bedroom when I was 7 years old, I screamed for my father but he could not hear me. I wondered why because I screamed so loud. I could move up from the bed, sitting in bed, then I remember I took my duvet over my head in extreme fear because of these people/ghosts stopped doing what they did. They were all grey, everything was grey, there were no color in the room. One girl around 20 was hanging on the wall and one elder ( married ) couple was dancing, they looked like they all 3 were from the 50ths 70ths. They stopped doing what they did and they all stared at me when I screamed for my father, like they had not noticed me being there looking at them, it scared the ***** out of me. The next day I didnt remember anything, I was 7 years old when it happened. When I was 29 something said "boom" in my head and I remembered it.

I had a new experience 10 years ago where I woke up but but could not move my body.

And one episode 2-3 months ago, then my brain was half wake and I saw a girls head by my bed. It was terrible since one could not wake up fast enough.

Of course there was nothing and no one there.

Somtimes I see huge monster spiders hanging in front of my face. I scream like a pig. Lol. I shall be glad I have not run my head in the wall yet in the craziness. The spiders can be big like a cat! Now I have not seen spiders for a long long time.
